Council’s Water and Sewer reporting commitments to the community include bi-annual reporting to the community on progress on our Delivery Plan.
The Delivery Plan 2022-26 focuses on improving performance, accountability and transparency to the community on water and sewer services.
For this reporting cycle, the Delivery Plan Progress Report covers the period January to June 2023.
The progress report highlights achievements against three focus areas:
- Accountability
- Community Engagement
- Asset Management
It focuses on reporting to our community, enhancing our community engagement and making improvements in service reliability of our water and sewer assets.
