This event will be a unique and interactive book launch where we explore the power of storytelling and creative writing to help build stronger connections between adults with disability and their support workers with author Casey Gray. 

Together we will read 'Lennie’s Gift', a ghost story in Easy Read for adults with intellectual disability, then do a writing activity designed to foster empathy through collaboration.

This event is a partnership between Words on the Waves and Central Coast Council Libraries as part of the Words on the Waves book launch program for 2025.

Doors open at 1pm with event commencing at 1.30pm.
