NSW Planning Portal Video How-To-Guides

Council has created how-to videos with step by step instructions to assist you with navigating the NSW Planning Portal. Audio and closed caption instructions are available within each video to suit your preference.

Please be advised that applications submitted via the NSW Planning Portal may take 7 to 10 business days for the applicant to receive an update. The majority of applications submitted via the Portal will undergo a pre-lodgement review prior to Council lodging the application. This review ensures that the application is sufficient to progress for assessment. Once the review has been completed, Council will email the applicant via the Portal either requesting additional information and/or requesting payment of fees. Once fees are paid, the application is then progressed to lodgement and forwarded for assessment. Should you have any questions regarding your application submitted via the Portal, please forward your enquiry to daonline@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au and an Administration Officer will respond within two business days.
