Budgewoi Ward
A resident of Kanwal for 35 years, Cr Mouland has been actively engaged in the community, dedicating over a decade as CEO of Regional Development Australia Central Coast and previously serving in multiple senior management roles at Gosford City Council.
He brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience in both public and private sectors to his role on the Central Coast Council. His background also includes ten years of senior management experience within a multinational organisation, which has provided him a comprehensive business perspective.
An active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Councillor Mouland has completed the AICD Company Directors course and other advanced governance training.
He currently chairs a prominent Central Coast aged and disability organisation and is a board member of a respected independent school. Passionate about enhancing quality of life for residents, Councillor Mouland draws on his leadership and two decades of government experience to foster a community that meets the needs and aspirations of its residents.
