Councillor Jared Wright is a lifelong resident of the Central Coast, having spent his childhood in Kincumber and Avoca Beach. He attended local schools, including Kincumber Primary and Kincumber High School, where he developed a strong connection to his community.

Jared brings a wealth of experience to his role as a councillor, having previously worked as a parliamentary staffer within NSW Parliament. Currently, he is employed in a financial services consulting role, working with global companies such as asset managers, investment banks, financial advice practices, and asset consultants.

His professional background equips him with valuable insights into financial management and strategic decision-making, which he leverages to address the needs and concerns of his constituents. As a councillor, Jared is committed to both improving and maximising Council finances, enhancing community precincts and critical infrastructure such as roads, increasing housing supply and providing a voice for young people throughout the region.

His comprehensive knowledge of the area, combined with his professional expertise, positions him as an effective advocate for local issues and initiatives.
