Councillor Belinda Neal is a dedicated community representative and passionate advocate for the Central Coast. With a background in law and disability policy, Belinda has over 20 years of experience in government, having previously served as a Councillor, Senator and Federal Member of Parliament. Her extensive knowledge of policy development and community engagement has allowed her to effectively address local issues and drive positive change.

Belinda has lived all on adult life on the Coast. She has raised her family here and is familiar with the needs of coasties. She is committed to promoting sustainable development, more affordable housing, enhancing council service provision, and ensuring that the voices of residents are heard. She actively works on initiatives to improve local infrastructure, support local businesses, and enhance community facilities, focusing on creating a vibrant and inclusive environment.

In addition to her council duties, Belinda is involved in community organisations in disability service provision and supports local events and initiatives that foster social cohesion. Her strong leadership skills make her a trusted representative for the Central Coast, as she strives to create a brighter future for locals. Belinda is dedicated to building a thriving community that meets the needs of its residents and future generations.
