Central Coast Council is proposing to grant a Licence to Kiss Me Pty Ltd over part of Lot 7037 DP 1066209 (known as Umina Recreation Precinct, Sydney Ave, Umina Beach) for an outdoor dining area adjacent to Jasmine Green Café.

The Licence is for a term of 12 months and will permit the installation of outdoor furniture and the service of alcohol, subject to the conditions of Jasmine Green’s On Premises Liquor Licence.

Council will retain the right to terminate the Licence for convenience if any issues with the Licenced Area arise.
