In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to licence Part of 1 Wallarah Road, Gorokan (also known as Lot 7314 in DP1169401). The land will be used for the purpose of a 'community-based programs, activities and services supporting the local community'. The total term for which the land will be licensed is 12 months and the land will be licensed to Toukley and Districts Art Society Inc.
