Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993-Section 47, Central Coast Council is required to give Public Notice for a
proposed lease over the building located in the Ettalong Beach Waterfront Reserve used for the purposes of Café, Kiosk and Restaurant for a term of five (5) years to Montash Group Pty Ltd
Any submissions should be in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, quoting Council’s internal Folder No: F2020/01085, via email to property@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au or post PO Box 20, WYONG NSW 2259.
