Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of five years:

• Toukley 50 Plus Leisure & Learning Centre Incorporated – 1 Hargraves Street, Toukley NSW 2263, Part Lot 32 DP 1077548.  Permitted Use: A Seniors Centre with positive ageing programs for people aged 50 years and over and for people with disabilities, together with general community use outside of Seniors Centre core hours.
