25/06/2024As per the NSW Government Roads Act 1993 No 33, Council is required to notify it’s community on the proposed closure of public roads via public exhibition for 28 days. Council is proposing to relocate the existing gate located at Dubbo Gully Rd, Mangrove Mountain.
Relocation of the gate will help:
- address safety and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) concerns
- improve resident and Council access
- improve vehicle access and safety
- improve fire trail access requirements as per RFS Fire trail Standards.
As part of our commitment to prioritising council and community safety, the proposed relocation of the gate will require permanent closure North of the current gate.
