Public Notice: Central Coast Development Control Plan

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 14(1)(b), (2) and (4) and Clause 16(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Council has adopted amendments to Central Coast Development Control Plan (CCDCP), specifically by the adoption of amendments to:

  • Chapter 3.5 Tree and Vegetation Management
  • Chapter 5.14. Various Suburbs (specifically 5.14.6 Green Point/Erina Terrigal)
  • Chapter 5.16 Yattalunga
  • Chapter 2.1 Dwelling Houses Secondary Dwellings and Ancillary Development
  • Chapter 2.2 Dual Occupancy and Multi Dwelling Housing

Purpose    

The purpose of these amendments are to reflect changes to development controls as a result of the endorsement and approval of the Deferred Matters Lands Planning Proposal.

This amendment repeals the previous version of Central Coast DCP 2022 and will become effective from the date amendment to the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022 relating to Planning Proposal PP-2022-3770 Deferred Matters Lands Planning Proposal, is notified as being in effect on the NSW Legislation Website.
