Public Notice: Proposed lease over community land - 2W Campbell Parade, Mannering Park

Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993-Section 47A, Central Coast Council is required to give Public Notice for a proposed lease over Part Lot 83 DP 220400, 2w Campbell Parade Mannering Park, known as Mannering Park Council Depot, for a term of five (5) years to Great Southern Energy Pty Ltd t/as Delta Coal.

Permitted use: Construction and operation of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station
