In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 77 Howarth Street, Wyong (also known as lot 2 in DP 550364). The land will be used for purposes associated with the playing of the game of golf. The total term for which the land will be leased is 10 years and the land will be leased to Wyong Golf Club. 

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
