The state-of-the-art regional library complex in Gosford CBD will open its doors to the community in mid- 2025. 

Amongst the facilities in the new library will be a boutique co-working space focused on innovation and start-ups. This will be located on Level 2 of the new building. 

The hub will feature 24-hour access and will be strategically managed to encourage new businesses to prosper and grow. 

Complementing the existing offering of co-working hubs in and round Gosford CBD, this facility includes multiple meeting rooms and some dedicated offices as well as the potential for 20 to 25 independently bookable workspaces. 

There will also be open-air break-out areas and standard communal refreshment facilities and conveniences.  As well, the hub includes ready access to other major features in the library complex. 

The hub operator will be expected to fit out and operate this premium offering in in accordance with contemporary best practice with the optimal mix of commerciality and innovation results. 

Fees for use will be set on a basis that is comparable to other local operators and the dividend will help foster life-long learning across the entire Central Coast. Occupancy can be based on a pre-agreed share of revenue or at a pre-agreed level of rent.  Indicatively, the occupancy agreement will run for 3 to 5 years.
