Application form to Cancel Liquid Trade Waste Approval. 

Please note:

• Central Coast Council will continue to charge liquid trade waste fees and charges until the permit is cancelled.
• Pre-treatment apparatus (grease trap, oil and water separator, etc) must be cleaned out before the permit will be cancelled.
• If the business process is changing to one that will not require the existing pre-treatment, it must be disconnected prior to the cancellation of this permit.
