Central Coast Council invites expressions of Interest from training providers, businesses or individuals who provide services to the community, to submit an expression of interest to lease the Yirang Building, 20 Kincumber st, Kincumber.

The successful tenant will have a Youth focus to be able to meet the current community needs.

The leasable space comprises of:

• ·         Large Courtyard

• ·         Various office and storage rooms

• ·         Functional floorplan to enable multiple activities.

• ·         Well situated close to Kincumber High school

Next steps:

The initial leasing opportunity is for 5 years in line with Council’s Leasing and Licencing Policy.  Applicants will be assessed against the relevant criteria and the community will be invited to have their say through Council’s standard public notice process thereafter.
