We are excited to present an exciting line-up of free events for NSW Youth Week, taking place from 9 to 17 April. This week-long celebration offers young people across the region opportunities to connect, develop new skills, showcase their talents, find inspiration and, most importantly, have fun.

Embracing this year's theme, ‘We are the future, and the future is now! I am________’, our events aim to inspire young residents to recognise their individual and collective impact as influencers, leaders and decision makers. We've collaborated closely with local youth and service providers to create a calendar of free events and activities.

Our calendar offers a range of experiences designed to engage and excite. Expect everything from high-energy skateboard and scooter competitions to creative crochet workshops, immersive Dungeons & Dragons sessions and relaxing outdoor movie nights. A highlight of the week will be Youth Day Out, a vibrant festival showcasing live music and a variety of free activities.

We are also excited to host the annual Youth Week Awards on 10 April. This event recognises the outstanding achievements and contributions of our young residents across eight categories. This is a chance to acknowledge and celebrate the positive influence young people have on our community.

We encourage all young people to participate in these events, connect with their peers and embrace this week dedicated to their strengths and achievements.

Central Coast Youth Week is proudly funded by the NSW Government in association with Central Coast Council.
