We are excited to announce the 2025 Central Coast Seniors Festival, part of the NSW Seniors Festival, taking place from 3-16 March. This year's theme, 'Time to shine,' celebrates the wisdom and experience of our senior community, offering a fantastic array of activities and events for those aged 50 and over.
 

The festival provides a wonderful opportunity for seniors to connect with others, discover new interests and celebrate their contributions to our community. We're excited to offer a diverse program designed to promote engagement and wellbeing, reflecting Council's commitment to positive ageing.
 

Based on community feedback, we're thrilled to introduce two Seniors Expos for 2025:

• Gosford Seniors Expo: 6 March, 10am-1pm, Gosford Showground
• Wyong Seniors Expo: 14 March, 10am-1pm, Wyong Race Club

These Expos will connect seniors with vital resources on health, financial matters, housing, local services and more.

The Seniors Festival Event Calendar, available for download on our website, showcases 100 events and activities at 31 locations across the Central Coast. With so much to choose from, there's something for everyone!
 

The Seniors Festival recognises the invaluable contributions seniors make to our community – in the workforce, through volunteering, as neighbours, friends, parents and grandparents. We're committed to creating opportunities for connection, creativity, inclusion and cultural initiatives in a fun and friendly environment. The Seniors Festival aligns with our Community Strategic Plan and Positive Ageing Strategy, working to connect people, build capacity and increase opportunities for older residents.
