Each week, we have road work underway across the Coast to deliver improvements and maintenance works. Some of the road works underway this week include:

• Road Resurfacing at Forresters Beach (Bluewave Cres, Boos Rd), Wamberal (Lakeview Rd, Longview Cl, Renown St)
• Heavy patching works at Alison (Alison Rd), Jilliby (Dicksons Rd), Summerland Point (Naroo Ave), Wyong (Casey Dr)
• Pothole works at Berkeley Vale, Buff Point, Bushells Ridge, Daleys Point, Green Point, Kariong, Mardi, Noraville, North Gosford, Phegans Bay, Point Clare, Ravensdale, Toukley
• Road rehabilitation work at Killarney Vale (Melaleuca St), Lisarow (Cutrock Rd), Shelly Beach (Waterview St), Empire Bay (Rickard Rd)
• Road shoulder maintenance at Spencer (Wisemans Ferry Rd)
• Road grading works at Cedar Brush Creek (Brush Creek Rd), Kulnura (Walkers Ridge Rd), Umina Beach (various lanes)

DID YOU KNOW? 
Road repairs are prioritised by level of risk and traffic volumes, with higher traffic roads generally requiring attention first. For workflow and cost efficiencies, repair work may be undertaken on several roads in the same suburb around a priority site. Scheduling of road repairs requires a flexible approach as new issues can be identified or reported at any time, and weather can impact which works are able to be carried out – which is why plans are adjusted each week.
