We've completed road safety works at the intersection of Alison Road and Hope Street in Wyong, to significantly improve motorist and pedestrian safety!

👷 The road improvement works include a raised intersection structure to reduce vehicle speed, the installation of marked pedestrian crossings across Hope Street, improved lighting of the intersection, new footpath connections and improved accessibility.  

These road safety improvements provide a safer route for the many pedestrians 🚶 that cross these roads, including local high school students moving between the nearby school and Wyong town centre.  

This project was funded by NSW Government’s NSW Safer Roads program, and Council.
